I'll just mention one more thing: e-Sword is feature rich, user friendly, and FREE.

This is why many missionaries around the world use and give away copies of e-Sword. e-Sword and associated materials are being used around the world in numerous languages. Remember that you don't have to speak English to use e-Sword. Please note that thousands of more free resources are available from numerous other sites devoted to e-Sword. Materials are categorized in the download menu, so you can see what all is available - including materials in other languages and newer resources still requiring royalty payments (i.e. Just click the 'Download' button in the main menu to see what resources you can download from the main e-Sword site. The features and resources are too many to mention, and I can assure you that you will recognize many of the totally free resources. Before I forget, Strong's Numbers and other ancient language helps are freely available for e-Sword. e-Sword also has several excellent types of editors as part of the program, so e-Sword is excellent for your own study notes or lesson/sermon preparation. There's a large user community and many have made modules out of older public domain materials, so there are literally thousands of free resources for e-Sword. Free downloads include a nice selection of: Bible Translations, Commentaries, Dictionaries, Topical Studies, Graphics (including several excellent packages of Bible Maps), Step Libraries (just another format for sermons, articles, and books), and more. One of the interesting things about the new e-Sword is that you can download freely available resources from within e-Sword, and e-Sword will install them for you. I must add that many of the best Bible Study resources are older, public domain, and free for the download. You will only spend reasonable amounts if you want newer resources that still require royalty payments.

You don't have to spend a penny to have an outstanding Bible Study Library. e-Sword now supports 27 languages in the GUI, and more are on the way. Please take special note of the fact that you don't have to be an English-speaking person to enjoy and use e-Sword. e-Sword has changed greatly over the last year, and I firmly believe that it can compete easily with commercial Bible study packages.
